Mom's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2012
wow!!!! what an amazing recipe!!! Only thing is I changed the white sugar for brown sugar and i reduced the cinnamon to 2 tsp cause that much cinnamon scared me,lol. I didn't have any nuts so I added a little bit of frozen blueberries to one of my loafs, the combination was amazing.

These where delicious only problem is the quantity, if your not eating this alone you must double if not triple the batter. Besides that these are awesome!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2011
Blueberry muffins are my favorite and this has to be the best recipe. I personally love extra blueberries. My only advice is to take half of your sugar and coat your fresh blueberry before folding them into the batter because the sugar prevents the blueberries from falling all into the bottom of your muffins. This way, your guaranteed to have blueberies in everybite.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2010
I`ve made these cookies twice in the last 2 days... they go sooo fast. They`re exactly what they say they are, soft. My bf was disappointed that the spices weren`t stronger but that didn`t stop him from eating a dozen of them in 1 day, lol. Second time round I added more spices and a tad more molasses, and they turned out heavenly. Thanks for the great recipe!!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2010
I made this for supper and it was very very good but not exactly what I was expecting. Defienatly making again with a few minor add ons and put on broil last couple of minutes to crisp up the skin a little....... ok so since I`ve made this the 1st time I`ve added more garlic, onion and cayenne and oregano instead of thyme and I must say it`s my got to seasoning for almost everything! This is great on chicken breast, salmon, sole, sweet potatoe french fries , shrimp and the list goes on. Thank you so much for the recipe!!

Pad Thai

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2010
I`m absoultly crazy about pad thai and a few months ago I moved to a part of Quebec where there is no exotic/ international foods and I`ve been craving Pad thai for awhile now. I came upon this recipe and even though I tweeked it a little (added garlic to oil (not butter), used oyster sauce cause I didn`t have fish sauce, added green pepper and big pieces of onion, tripled the sauce and upped the chili cause I love it hot!) it was amazing!!! Just as good as the restaurants in montreal if not better. Thank you sooo much for the satisfying recipe.

Cookie Balls

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2010
ok well where to begin... as for the taste it`s delicious! I blended the cream cheese and cookie crumbs in my food processor like most reviewers suggestioned. I then chilled the mixture for about 2 hours then rolled then into tiny balls and chilled them again. I didn`t have candy coating (I don`t even know what that is to be honest) so I used white chocolate for half of the batch and semi sweet chocolate for the other half... and what a diaster! My balls melted and made a mess. A real dissapointment. I had to work fast cause the oreo mixture got soft and mush. I was suppose to bring them to work but now I`ll have to make something else. Better luck to those who try this recipe.

Will defientely make this again.
