Spinach and Strawberry Salad

I served this for a family birthday party and even my husband (who doesn't like fruit in his salads) loved it! Big hit!

These were pretty good - I tried them because they were similar to a recipe I had years ago and lost. Even though I greased the pan well, these stuck like glue to my nonstick jelly roll pan, and I basically ruined the pan trying to pry them out!

Chocolate Shell Sauce

This is much better than the ice-cream shop's shell sauce! It is a favorite of my son's (and mine!) and he'll eat any ice cream with this sauce on it.

Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Pastry Cookies

I made this for a choir potluck and got raves from everyone! It is delicious and easy to make. My husband was quite disappointed that I was not leaving any at home for him!
