Four Cheese Macaroni and Cheese

Macaroni & cheese is my daughter's favorite food. We were searching for the best recipe for her to make for 4-H Foods Revue. This recipe won hands down in our family & earned her a blue ribbon. Thank you Susan G. for posting & for your friend sharing with you. YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

With the marinade, these did grill up nicely. However, they were a little too sour and a little too greasy for my taste. It overpowered the earthy tone of the mushroom that I love so much.

Ham and Creamy Potato Scallops

I made this exactly as the recipe stated except I didn't partially cook the potatoes. I just increased the oven temp and baked them longer as suggested in an earlier review. Scrumptious :) It even got rave reviews from a tough critic...my mom! This was her birthday dinner and she loved it.
