Chicken Gravy

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2010
This was great! I made my stock using boullion, then boiled two chicken breast in it for about 1/2 hr, took the chicken out when juices were clear, mixed milk instead of water like others suggested and added seasoning, shredded the chicken and put it back in when it thickened and then poured it over box mashed potatoes! I was a very quick GOOD and easy meal to make;) I thought it could use more pepper but I LOVE pepper so yeah... will use again! Thank you

Slow Cooker Lime Chicken with Rice

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2010
I used lemon juice from the bottle cuz I didnt have lime.. I also added a bay leaf, more seasoning like rosemary and garlic spice from tones that I have and steak seasoning. cooked on high for 2 1/2hrs.. I pound my breast out so they're about the thickness of a deck of cards. used 2 breast. I took the chicken out, cut it up about45min til end. put brown rice in then some frozen peas n carrots and some canned pinto beans, then put chicken back in. didn't stir it for bout 1/2hr. cooked it until the veggies and rice were cooked. will buy some lime juice for next time! yummy

Cookie Balls

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2010
I ended up using a rolling pin and a gallon storage bag to crush them. I think if I would have frozen the cookies before putting them in the blender if would have worked but mine just ended up stuck to the bottom of the blender. After forming them into balls I put them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes and they turned out great! Even had a few moms ask for the recipe at our easter play group party;)

Monkey Bread I

LOVED IT!!!!!! I used a bundt cake pan and sprayed it down with some cooking spray. Fyi- when you flip the cake pan let it sit for a bit so they sauce can drip down. I didn't but I just spooned it out of my pan. WILL MAKE AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!!!

Cheeseburger and Fries Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2009
LOVED IT!!! But I did switch out the cream of mushroom for tomato soup. I also like many others cooked my fries for 10min before putting them on the meat mixture and will probly even cook them longer next time because I like my fries crispy. It's something different and easy! And my husband loved it... as did I.
