Microwave Caramel Popcorn

This is seriously the BEST!! A co-worker first introduced me to this recipe and I promptly stole it and passed it off as my own...you won't be disappointed!!

So good! My son decided he would be the official pie baker. I picked the recipe that looked the most delicious and I must admit, I did good! We tried this a week ago to see if we liked it and it was perfect! He baked 8 pies tonight. He's going to make lots of people very happy!

Restaurant-Style Prime Rib Roast

I had a 15 lb roast and baked it for 4.5 hours. Almost immediately after I put this prime rib roast in the oven deliciously mouthwateringly obscene smells began pouring out! My guests didn't arrive on time so my roast sat in foil for an hour longer after removing from the oven, which caused it to be a bit well done throughout. If that ever happens again I will remove the foil and place in a barely warm oven. And yes I will make this again and again!

Michelle's Famous Washed Cranberry Sauce

So easy and delicious! I usually don't even serve cranberries due to the can thing (yuck) So I decided to make these for my dear daughter that loves cranberries. I discovered that cranberries really do 'pop' when you cook them. I will serve cranberries more often now!
