Runzas (Bierocks)
I have been making these for years. I use frozen roll bread dough. They are the perfect size for appetizer sized runzas. I also add a dab of stone ground mustard to the meat for some pizzazz!

Chinese Pot Roast
great way to dress up a chuck roast. I added two cloves garlic minced to liquid and omitted garlic salt. I also added some roasted bell pepper. I will definately make this again.

Dixie Pork Chops
I will definitly make this again. Simple to make, but tastes and looks more difficult. I doubled the ingredients for the sauce.I think it was a bit on the sweet side so I think I'll not use quite as much brown sugar. I also think a dash of red pepper flakes could give it some zing.
