Oatmeal Raisin, chocolate chip Cookies I

These were amazing!!! I did replace the butter with shortening as I do with all of my cookies and used white choc chips and craisins. Easy and yummy!

A Jerky Chicken

Super Easy!! Made chicken skewers for a barbecue and everyone asked for the recipe. Used rice vinegar instead of red wine vinegar as was what was on hand. DELICIOUS!
