Very good. I doubled this recipe for a family get together. Next time I will make the following changes. Add a little less sugar as I thought it was a little too sweet and drain more of the beans as it was a little too soupy, even when cooked for 45 minutes. Flavor was great.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

Good but not great. Definitely will cut the bread crumbs in half, way too much. It made it too dry. I used Italian seasoned bread crumbs and didn't care for this. Will try the Ritz cracker next time and add some mild like others suggested

Just ok. Too much pasta and not enough chicken. Needs more flavor additions. I added sun-dried tomatoes and topped with chopped fresh basil and this helped,

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Wow! The bomb! I did cook it partly in the oven as some suggested and it was still great, helped reduce the handling and losing some of the coating on the chicken. Will definitely look for large chicken breat halves next time to help with the roll up,
