Country Apple Dumplings
Was skeptical after viewing the recipe as very easy. I halved the recipe as it was just for a small group. YUMMY.....many compliments and no one believed it was baked with mountain dew. I used a mixture of brown and white sugar and doubled the cinnamon. Will definately bake again.

The Whole Jar of Peanut Butter Cookies
Too crunchy of a cookie and definately tastes better undercooked. Not sure I'd try them again.

Irish Chicken and Dumplings
Nice, warm meal to eat on a cold, rainy day. Based on reviews from others: I used 3 cups of broth instead of the water and used 3 cans of condensed cream of chicken soup. Great texture and tasted even great as leftovers. Enjoyed by all the family too.
