We really enjoyed this chicken. It was easy to prepare and tasted great. Also, it was super cheap since I had the chicken in the freezer and all the ingredients on hand. After the chicken was done, I boiled the sauce with some corn starch slurry to thicken it up a bit, and also added a few dashes of liquid smoke to give it a little more flavor. That made it perfect for us. Thanks for a great, easy meal. We'll definitely be having this again.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

This was easy and delicious. I took the advice to broil the chicken for a few minutes at the end and we loved the crispiness from broiling. This is a quick and delicious recipe that I will be making again soon.

Miguelina's Poblanos and Cheese

Great recipe. The hardest part is blackening the peppers and getting off the skin. After that, it was easy and delicious. I always order these when we go to Mexican restaurants, but now I can make them at home. And, I like the thin crust this makes. Thanks for the delicious recipe.

Cheesy Taco Dip

This was good. I used canned nacho cheese instead of processed cheese block, because that's what I had on hand. Fed a crowd, and everyone enjoyed it.

Barbecued Beef

This recipe is a keeper. The only thing I did differently was add about 1/2 cup of bbq sauce. The meat is so tender and tasty, and the sauce is delicious. I'll definitely be making this one again.

The Best Bacon-Tomato Dip

This dip was delicious. It tasted like a bacon and tomato sandwich, but better. I also used green onions instead of a regular onion. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. I'm sure I'll be making this one again. Thanks.

Blender Hollandaise Sauce

This was a quick and easy hollandaise sauce. Although I love hollandaise, I rarely made it before because it was a hassle. Making it in the blender is much easier. I'll be making this often. It's great over steamed asparagus.

Cheesy Chicken and Chive Sauce

We enjoyed this recipe. It was a little too mustardy for me, so next time I'll reduce the amount of that a litle bit. Also, I did add the juice from 1/2 a lemon. This recipe was quick and easy and I will be making it again.

Apple Delight

We love this. At the suggestion of a cousin, we mixed in some oats with the cake mix. YUM!!! This fresh out the oven with ice cream on top is divine!! It's one of my husband's favorites!

This was great! I added crab meat to it, which was a suggestion I read in another review. A good suggestion it was ---- we loved it! It is VERY rich though, so we couldn't eat much. I will be making this again.

Spicy Tortilla Roll-Ups

This was quick, easy, and delicious. I made it this weekend for a baby shower, and had quite a few people asking me for the recipe. I also added to the cream cheese a packet of the ranch dip mix before adding in the other stuff. It gave it a little extra flavor which everyone liked.
