Roasted Garlic
Excellent--I cut all tips off and added the olive oil. I did 40 mins in the cupcake tins, tip side up, with the foil cover to get them nice and roasted. Then I turn them tip side down in my non-stick cupcake tins to get them a little caramelized for another 15 mins. After they cool you can easily pull them out of the bulbs so your guests don't have to work for it. ;-P

Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken
What can I say, "I love this dish." It is so great, it is work, it is not very healthy, and it is incredible! I have made this dish with less butter, less cream, wheat pasta, more capers, more artichokes, no mushrooms, etc. No matter what I do to it it is still by far one of my all time favorites. Bless you URBANCHICK and the 'Dear Italian Woman' who created this dish. This dish will be in my family from now on. ;-p

Taco Seasoning I
Yum! I am trying to cut down on salt and this turned out great. I modified it a bit with a small can of tomatoe paste and I added two onions and crushed garlic. I also added 1.25 cup of chicken broth after I cooked the onions and meat with the spices. I then let it simmer down until it was thick--just like the packets tell you. My husband and I loved it. Goodbye packaged taco seasoning. ;-p
