I made this soup for the first time for my family that was visiting from out of town. EVERYONE just raved about the flavor and think my husband had thirds. I did substitute the beer for a can of chicken broth as suggested by several people. I can't wait to make this again!

Chocolate Nutty Mini-Football Treats™

Really easy to make. Not the easiest thing to mold them into footballs (get a mold as someone suggested). They do turn out more peanut buttery than chocolate.

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon

So simple and so tasty! I also combined the butter and bread crumbs to make it crispy. All I had was regular bread crumbs so I added some season I had in the cupboard and it still came out tasty! I will be keeping this recipe close by.
