This was one of the best cobblers I have ever had. However, it is very difficult to jelly roll the berries in the dough as the directions state. The berries kept escaping, so i placed the berries one side of the rolled out dough and then folded the un-berried dough over the berries, which made a pocket. This prevented the berries from getting away when I jelly rolled them. When I sliced the roll it was still a little hard to keep the berries in but using the knife to block one side of the slice and my hand to block the other it was successful. We have also tried this with Blueberries and it was great but a little on the sugary side. I can't wait to try with another fruit.
