Kielbasa with Peppers and Potatoes

I agree with most of the other reviews; ONION! Also, added garlic and italian seasoning. I disagree with the grease problem; I like my peppers to have a bit of grease, so I liked that. I think this recipe is a success IF you add seasonings.

Chicken Alfredo with Fettuccini Noodles

This was really good...it was a lil bit dry, but I also think I may have messed up the measurements a bit. Took a little bit too long to make very often, but it is definetly good for a special meal.

Coconut Cake III

My husband is from california, and I'm from the Bible Belt...he wanted coconut cake for his birthday, and I had never cooked with coconut before. This cake turned out AWESOME! I used just a lil bit more milk in the icing, to help it spread better. NO ONE could stop eating it...my poor husband only got one peice!
