Buttermilk Strawberry Shortcake

Made this for the *RECIPE GROUP*. I'm not much for shortcake, but this one was one of the best! I loved the crunchy delicious topping created by the heavy cream/turbinado. Sooo delicious! Thanks for the recipe!

Strawberry Fields

Made this one for the recipe group- thought it was delicious! I omitted the feta cheese, and used sweet onion in place of the red. This is also very eye appealing: colorful and beautiful! I didn't care much for the taste of the dressing, but I was overruled because the family liked it so it must just be a personal preference. Thank you very much, newcook89, for the recipe!! :)

Whipped Cream Biscuits

I have to admit that I wasn't exactly sure about how these would be, but I needed something that would be quick, so I gave them a shot. I was actually pleasantly surprised with them! Not as flaky as I would've liked, but it's worth it because they are super quick and easy!

Caramel-Apple Crisp

Peppery Cheese Bread

Made this for the *RECIPE GROUP* I didn't like it very much. Thought it was guite boring. If I made it again I would change it up by using more cheese (maybe a different type?) and maybe putting grated parm. on top, but as is I didn't like it. Mine also came out quite dense.

Mom's Chocolate Zucchini Cookies

Made this recipe for the *RECIPE GROUP* I thought these were quite good! Made a few changes... I didn't use all of the cloves and cinnamon, added more cocoa powder and forgot to add the chocolate chips. Very good, just not too much flavor. (maybe that's because of my changes, idk, but I didn't want a spice cookie)

Chocolate Buzz Milkshake

I made this recipe for the *RECIPE GROUP* over on the buzz. After reading all the other reviews on this recipe, I decided to change things up a little. I added about 1 1/2 - 2 Tbs. of coffee granules in place of the espresso, and didn't use the chocolate syrup (hate that stuff!). I thought it was very good! :) thanks!

Made this recipe for the *RECIPE GROUP*. I think this recipe has the potential to be a solid 5* recipe, but needs alot of changes. A few I made (left out the onions, chives, halved the black pepper, and added olives)

Pumpkin Chip Loaf

Made this for the *RECIPE GROUP*- found it to be very moist and delicious! I omitted the nuts. My only issue was that there were too many chocolate chips (if that's possible!) thanks for the recipe!

Toffee Popcorn

This popcorn was delicious!! I used hand popped popcorn and skipped the nuts. Oh yeah - I never really let it cool cause I wanted to try it so bad, then... it was gone :| So good! Thanks mom! ;)

Raspberry Iced Tea

This recipe is SOOOooo good!! Wow! Okay, I did make some changes... I used one gallon sized tea bag (I felt that three was a *little* excessive!), I also didn't boil the whole gallon of water (just a little and filled the pitcher up the rest of the way with cold) I also didn't have any lemonade powder, so I used the frozen stuff. Thanks so much for the recipe! I'll make it again for sure! :)

Frozen Mocha

I made this one for the *RECIPE GROUP* here's my review... I can't believe I'm saying this but this recipe was WAY too sweet AND didn't have enough coffee flavor to me... I could barely get through my whole glass... something HAS to change. Probably won't make it again, but thanks anyway! :)

Mouthwatering Brown Sugar Bacon

YUM YUM YUM!!! This is seriously one of the best recipes I have made from this site... I used brown sugar in this recipe, BUT next time I'll probably try it with the syrup ( I have a question for you about that, I was wondering if I was to use the cheapO syrup or the expensive kind) THAT is the reason I didn't use the maple syrup! :)! And yes, there will be a next time ;) Thanks SO much Angela!
