I made these last night and they turned out great, especially since I've never made cabbage rolls before. Based on other reviews I did make a couple of small changes. I added some garlic powder to the mixture and some Mrs. Dash as well (we're watching our sodium intake). I also used the process outlined by other posters for removing the leaves from the cabbage. First I cut around the core of the cabbage and then placed in in a pot of boiling water. Within about a minute the leaves started pulling away and it was pretty easy from there. I baked it in the oven at 350 for about an hour with double the sauce and it came out perectly!
