Cream of Fresh Asparagus Soup II

So simple and delicious! I used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and I added cayenne pepper for a tiny bit of heat. This will be a regular at our house!

Grilled Sea Bass with Chili-Lime Dressing

This is the most delicious fish I have ever made or even had. I used tilapia instead of sea bass because I didn't want to bother with my grill, and because my grocery store had a great deal on fresh tilapia. I sautéed the tilapia in a teaspoon of coconut oil over medium high heat for maybe 3-4 minutes per side. I accidentally used 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. I was worried it would overpower the dish, but thankfully the sauce was very forgiving and still balanced. I also (intentionally) used 2 cloves of garlic because I love it so much. I served this with cauliflower "rice" (I Ross some cauliflower in the food processor until it is the consistency of rice) sautéed with chopped shiitake mushrooms; snap peas tossed with a wee bit of sesame oil, soy sauce, and lots of black pepper-cooked under the broiler.

Di's Delicious Deluxe Deviled Eggs

Love these eggs and so does everyone I make them for. The only thing I do different is I garnish with ground chipotle chili instead of paprika. It adds a little bit of heat and smokiness that is reminiscent of bacon.

Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf

This is delicious! I make this meatloaf regularly. The only change I make is I use Trader Joe's BBQ sauce to cover the top instead of the mixture in this recipe.

Breakfast Sausage

This is a great recipe! I wanted to stop eating packaged sausage (even though it is delicious) because I felt like corn syrup, sugar, and MSG weren't really necessary. I used 95% lean ground pork so they were a little dry, but still very flavorful and I felt good about eating them. I didn't have marjoram so I used oregano and thyme. I also doubled the amount of red chili flakes because I like it hot!
