About this Cook
Married 26 years, a personal trainer, love to dance, enjoy most types of music. Enjoy trying to "tweak" recipies and make them as "healthy" as possible.
My favorite things to cook
Anything interesting... enjoy trying new recipies.. LOVE LOVE LOVE BREAD. My weakness..
My favorite family cooking traditions
ITALIAN.... ITALIAN.... ITALIAN.. GRANDPARENTS FROM PALMERO, SICILY.. WONDERFUL SOUTHERN RECIPIES I'VE COLLECTED FROM FAMILY OVER THE YEARS.
My cooking triumphs
FILLET OF BEEF WITH GORGONZOLA SAUCE, RACK OF LAMB, ITALIAN CREAM CAKE.. CANOLIS, (ALL ITALIAN PASTRIES.. YUMMO...
My cooking tragedies
When I was 19 years old.. the worst, and I capitalize (WORST) Pot Roast ever.. It looked like something from one of "I Love Lucy's" shows.. Honestly, it started out about 5lbs, and by the time I got through with it, I believe it may have weighed 1lb.

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce
Thawed out some Fresh Tilapia. Followed the recipe with the exception of three things. I replaced with LIGHT MAYO, AND LIGHT SOUR CREAM. I didn't have fresh dill, went for dried dill weed instead. My sides were Fresh Cooked Beets, brussel sprouts, and a cucumber dressing with dill. ***** EXCELLENT**** and very easy..
