Easy Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2010
I loved this recipe, but did a few things different. Used all low fat soups, and brown rice. Also added Lipton onion soup mix and about 1/2 cup water. I mixed the rice and soup in mixing bowl first as someone else advised, and had no problem with the rice being under cooked. I left the chicken whole. I cooked for about 5 hours, knowing that the brown rice does need a little more time.

Mondi's Super Simple Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2010
Boneless skinless ck is great for this, I cooked only two (ck breasts) last night with the following changes. My boyfriend and I both loved it. 1)I cooked @ 375-400 for 30mins (my oven runs hot, but was set @ 375). 2)Cooked in 1/2 can ck broth and couple tbsp lemon juice, with sliced onions added over top (in addition to the basil & garlic salt). 3)Used other half can of broth to add flavor to Whole Grain Minute Rice, cooked on stove top. *** I think the highlight was how the added onions turned out, picked up the garlic & lemon flavor and were great w/ the ck, add my intention was just to add flavor to the chicken! Yumm!

Seasoning For Tacos

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2010
This is great! I am on the HCG diet and have to be careful with storebought spice mixes, because of sugar or preservatives. Mixing this up was quick and easy, and I knew just what was in it... All things I'm allowed to have! And tasted great! For a healthy low calorie lunch/dinner: lean ground beef w/ taco seasoning, thin sliced lettuce, and 4 tbsp fresh salsa (no sugar).

Campbell's® Slow Cooker Savory Pot Roast

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2009
Wonderful and unbelievably easy! This was the first roast I've ever made. I did as some other advised in their reviews and added a little extra cream of mushroom soup, over the roast. Also added celery and onion on top of the roast, and used whole baby carrots. Assembled within 15 mins before heading out to work. My boyfriend, the 4 yr old, and 9 yr old all gave this a big thumbs up! My 4 yr old even ate the carrots, which he picks out of EVERYTHING else.

Easy Caramelized Onion Pork Chops

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2011
This recipe turned out amazing! I used Red Robin seasoning as the "seasoned salt" and sautéd the onions with a little garlic powder before adding the water... FYI: I read reviews and followed the advice to leave the pork chops cooking uncovered in step 3, rather than recovering them... These surpassed my expectations!

Fantastic Lemon Butter Fillet

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2010
HCG diet to the T... Just leave out the butter!!! I mixed the ingredients in chicken broth instead of butter, and pour over the fish. This added moisture kept the fish amazingly moist!
