Delicious Black Bean Burritos

These were--Good! I did use Toffuti cream cheese instead of reg cream cheese. Just trying another way to cut down on fat! With other suggestions I added chili powder, and cumin to help flavor up the Toffuti. I will make these again maybe adding some more of the vegetables.

Butter Pecan Cookies

Very yummy, simple cookies! We had to get a video of my 2 yr old going absolutely nuts for these cookies...very funny! I took another reviewers advice and added 1/2t of vanilla just because you can't go wrong. Next time for a little deeper flavor I might just toast the pecans but all in all very good cookie!

Baked Cranberry Sauce

I loved, loved, loved this recipe Thank You for sharing Marion. I have a few cranberry sauces in my recipe box and have enjoyed them as well although they were a little to tart at times they were also delicious but this one is it. I will keep this and make it from now on! I followed other reviews and substituted apple juice for the brandy and only added an additional Table spoon of brandy since I have some very traditional "picky" eaters.

Hot Cranberry Tea

This is holidays in a drink! I loved it! So did my sister and my husband says it has a good flavor! Hot or cold makes no difference on taste. I happen to enjoy the hot it makes me all holidayish. It was devoured before I knew it and I am off to make more!

Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas

WOW--Thanks so much for this recipe. My 2 yr old loved it for lunch. As recommended I doubled the recipe and doubled the salsa. When we were done with lunch we made burritos and froze them for my husbands lunches. Very convenient recipe....

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

This is a must to try..I never do good with chicken breasts on the grill (they are always dry). I took them and cut them in half so they didn't have as much time to cook. With the sauce these things were just simply put HEAVEN for my entire family!! DID NOT CHANGE ANY INGREDIENTS!

Beef Barley Vegetable Soup

Very good soup. Makes alot, it almost did not fit in my crockpot. I agree with the other reviews to marinate the meat first I did not do that this time but will next time.

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

First let me start with I don't care for beans but I have been trying to incorporate them into my diet because of their nutritional value while trying to not eat so much ground beef. With that in mind to me these tasted good I will make these for my lunch. I made these for a friend whose is a vegetarian and she was so impressed with these burgers she could not believe the taste and took the recipe home to share with some friends of hers who are also vegetarian. Thank you for the recipe.

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

+*******! This was so easy and delicious ( I keep making it because I can ) I had to adjust my time to 5:40 sec and then only 2 min because of my microwave but it turns out fantastic!

Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

This was very moist!! My DH said it was just like a restaurant hamburger. I did use the suggestion to add in oatmeal instead of bread crumbs everything else was as the recipe called for. Next time I will add more spices but my family is addicted to rich flavor. Will make again.

Honey Lemon Tea

After being sick for a couple of days Iam drinking this as I type! I do like the taste and so far it does seem to help to soothe my throat..Great and simple recipe I think when my kids need something this just my be easier than a medicine. Thanks for the recipe.

Southern Praline Pecan Cake

WOW WONDERFUL! Thank you so much for this recipe! After reading the other reviews I did take some advice I used 1/2C of applesauce instead of 3/4C oil and 3/4C water instead of 1C of water, I ground my pecans that went into the cake to help firm it a little bit without messing with this wonderful taste and added the chopped pecans to the top MMM-MMM-MMM. The cake alone is WONDERFUL but I added Hersheys dulce de leche to individual pieces and just a great compliment YUM! But by all means the cake can stand alone without any compliment. I love recipes that are worth adding to my family's cookbook to pass down and this is an heirloom!

Sugar Coated Pecans

This recipe went over very well! DH loves them, 6yr old wont stop eating them. I did do as suggested by other reviews to use vanilla and doubled the cinnamon. Yum!!!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

OMGosh! This is soooo good! I did take the suggestion of doubling the recipe, using brown sugar and white sugar and lining my pan with tin foil. I used a fryer pack that was on sale this made my cheap meat taste DELISH! Even my pickiest eater ( who is six ) could not stop eating. Thank you so much for this recipe.

Glazed Meatloaf II

Iam a meatloaf hater! But my DH cannot live without it so to make him happy I have tried a number of different recipes off this site, family members, cookbooks and so forth. This recipe is hands down the absolute best I have come across. Thank you for such a great combination of flavors.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

EXCELLENT!!!!! I omitted the water and added an extra can of chicken broth, as the other viewers did. Next time I will consider more of the enchilada sauce with some more spice other than that this is so good..thank you for sharing.

Blue Ribbon Sugar Cookies

These were excellent. They are so simple and good. My family and I have been snacking on them, my children love them. You can use all sorts of flavorings. I did use only 1t. lemon extract and 1 1/2t. of vanilla.

Best Ever Popcorn Balls

Very easy to make and very moist. Kids loved them! I mixed in some candy corn and made them small. Thank you Kelli for such a fun, easy recipie. Its a Halloween Must!
