Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
The adaptation I've been making using this recipe is amazing, haven't actually tried it exactly as written but here's what I do:
Sauce: leave out the brown sugar, use equal parts soy sauce, honey and Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce, and ground ginger and garlic from the jar.
Cooking: bone in chicken thighs, bake 20 minutes @ 400F with salt and pepper, remove from oven and cover with mixture, back in oven for 10 minutes, remove and turn over, back in for 10 minutes.
Perfection!
