Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

Spinach Alfredo Sauce (Better than Olive Garden®)

Oh My WOW! This is most definitely better than Olive Garden or any other Alfredo sauce I've eaten. My 6 year old is the pickiest eater when it comes to pasta dishes and asked if we could have this again tomorrow night! I cut the butter down to 1/4 cup, used 1/2 to 3/4 of a block of cream cheese (store brand 1/3 less fat version) because of other reviewers stating that the sauce had been too thin, and I didn't use spinach for my first try. Served it over 3 cheese tortellini with chopped chicken and I will definitely be trying it again!

The Most Delicious Green Beans

I cut back the amount of sugar, omitted the onions and also followed the "quick" version another user suggested. LOVED THESE!!!

Baked Pork Chops I

I did double bread with the bread crumbs seasoned with a garlic blend instead of using flour and italian seasoned crumbs. I used 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of cooking sherry. I also had a thin cut chop so it didn't take near that amount of time to cook after searing them. (30/30 cooking times)

Smilejenna's Lumpia Sauce

Definitely needed more pepper (we used a about a TBS of ground red pepper) and is a tad too sweet, but all in all a GREAT sauce for lumpia!

Bill's Sausage Gravy

Just like Mom used to make. I did omit the butter and put the flour right in with the sausage instead of taking it out to make the gravy; and I only used 2 1/2 cups of the milk. Thanks so much for posting this!!!
