Baked Ham with Sweet Glaze

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2013
WHOA....THAT WAS GOOD. I didn't have lemon juice or the pineapple/cherries and much to my relief it was still awesome. I added water instead and then some spicy mustard in a squeeze bottle to help make the sugar, etc. wet. It was fantastic. Glad I chose this recipe. Thanks for sharing!

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2013
Not that you need more stars on here to advocate for how awesome these are, but they are delicious and so simple! I cheated and microwaved the potatoes and then baked them the last 15 minutes as directed in the oven to expedite the cooking time; they were excellent. Thank you!

Mexican Corn on the Cob (Elote)

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2012
I added a lot of different seasonings and also didn't have the cotija cheese. Nor did I have parm. cheese, but I did have asiago, which tasted great with my concoction of spices. Thanks for the recipe!

Weeknight Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2012
I didn't follow the directions completely...like many reviewers I wanted to have the sauce cook in with the pork. I decided to season the pork with a lemon seasoning I have (since I made lemon potatoes to go with it), salt, pepper and a little garlic. I browned both sides and then put the sauce in. I then put it under the broiler on each side. Also, I doubled the sauce and used about 2-3 TBS raspberry jam in addition to the strawberry, used spicy brown mustard, lemon juice and some seasonings. It was awesome! Thanks!!

Island-Style Fried Rice

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2012
This was awesome. I didn't use either of the meats (just sliced ham) and I used pineapple juice and Shoyu Chicken sauce instead of the oyster sauce (I didn't have that). It was great, even with brown rice. Thanks!!

Awesome Egg Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2011
I love these egg rolls. I've made several variations from this recipe, from the shrimp it calls for to pork to chicken to just veggie rolls. This is my go-to recipe to start and build from every time. I highly recommend this recipe. My family loves them! And they freeze well.

Rich Chocolate Frosting

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2011
I made half the recipe for a layered 9-inch cake and I still had a little leftover. This yields some fantastically flavorful frosting that was nice and creamy. I'm in love. I made along with the One Bowl Chocolate cake from this site and it's a match made in heaven. Thanks!!
