Best Ever Spinach Artichoke Dip

I make this every time I go to a potluck and it's always the first thing gone! Everyone requests it all the time. So yummy!!!

Gravy Baked Pork Chops

Very easy to make, love this recipe during the week. I use cream of chicken instead of mushroom just due to different tastes. Love to serve with mashed potatoes so I can use the gravy.

Empire Biscuits

My grandmother is from Scotland and use to make these all the time. These came out just like her old recipe. It's a tough batter to work with (gets really sticky) but worth it in the end.

Never made this before. One of my boyfriends favorites so I thought I'd give it a try. Kind of a pain to make but worth it! I didn't make the gravy because I'm not into that kind of gravy but the steak came out great and my boyfriend loved it :)

Colorful Fried Rice

Came out very good. Used canned instead of frozen veggies because that's what I had on hand. The cold rice is the key. I did have to add a little more terriyaki/soy sauce though.

Restaurant Style Lasagna

I made this recipe exactly as it said. For the pan size it called for there was not enough ingredients. I had to boil more noodles and run to the store to get more cheese and sauce. It was kind of a pain and I was really disappointed. However when it came out it was delicious!!!! Besides having too small amount of ingredients the flavor is wonderful and the lasagna looks great when finished.
