Great recipe for baked version! Think next time i might add just a little more cayenne powder. Want to try making Red Lobster's pina coloda dipping suace one of these days. We whipped together an impromptu sauce with light sour cream, peach preserves and a dash of curry powder. Yum!

Whole Wheat and Honey Pizza Dough

Very good taste! Even my processed-food loving hubby loved it despite how healthy it is! I doubled the recipe to make a x-large pizza, but ended up being x-large and way too thick... Next time I will make one recipe for a thinner crust.

Hearty Split Pea Soup

My husband announced yesterday that he was craving for split pea soup. I would never in a million years thought he liked split pea soup! I had no idea how to make this, and this recipe exceeded his expectations. He even declared it better than Campbell's! ;) I followed this recipe exactly, with the exception of the liquid. I used 3 cups chicken broth and 2 cups water. I also added the milk as the recipe states. It came out just right - not too thick, not too thin.

Slow Cooker Roast Beef

"This is the BEST!" That's what my husband said - and he was right! Definitely didn't need 22 hours though - we cooked it for about 11 or 12 in the crock pot. Absolutely fantastic. If you somehow managed to have leftovers, it would make a great sandwich.
