Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls
I made a few substitutions... almond milk instead of regular milk, butter instead or margarine, Stevia instead of sugar and coconut sugar instead of brown sugar and it still came out AMAZING!!!! My family begs me to make these all the time. Something I have found that puts them WAY over the top is that if you are going to make icing for them, instead of vanilla extract add butter flavor...Seriously to die for! I do think they are a little dry the next day but if you reheat them in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds per roll it solves that problem.

Country Fried Steak and Milk Gravy
My only suggestion for this recipe would be to grate some fresh garlic and rub it all over the meat and let it sit for about 30 minutes before cooking. This is how I have cooked it for a while and the garlic gives it so much extra flavor. When you first cut the meat after cooking you can smell the garlic and its wonderful! This is one of my favorite comfort foods.

Watergate Salad
I make mine a little different... I drain the pineapple juice and put the nuts on the side incase someone doesnt want them. This recipe is also good with other fruit too... even the fruit cocktail mix. I learned about this recipe from my gramma and now I make it every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Some people dont want to try it because of the green color, but once they do they love it, lol.
