Ham with Honey and Brown Sugar Glaze

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2009
Bake ham at 325 according to package directions. Scored the ham with deep cuts and put the cloves in the cuts - do not need as much as is called for in recipe. Used orange juice - 1/2 cup max GREAT flavor!

Grilled Corn on the Cob

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2009
This was to die for! I just wrapped up the cob (husk and silk and all) in foil (shiny side in) and grilled on high heat for about 20 min. I rotated the corn and changed grill position every 5 minutes. So delicious!!

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2010
Added leftover diced ham - left out salt Baked it in 9x9 stone dish Forgot to cover it - came out crunchy and dark on the top but Matt thought that was great Did NOT need 2 hours - 1 1/2 hours was more than enough Would be a nice side without ham
