Mushroom Sauce Baked Pork Chops

This was good. I doctored it up a little. I added some mozzarella cheese on top, I used reduced fat mushroom soup, skim milk, added more garlic powder, and I used mashed potatoes instead. The sauce made a wonderful gravy. I used thin lean cut pork chops, so I would suggest 30 mins covered and maybe 10 mins uncovered, maybe less.

Paprika Potatoes

While this is a good concept, I think it came out poorly. It took way to long to cook. And it did not have enough spice to it. I added garlic, pepper, and salt in addition to the paprika, and they were still fairly bland. I would suggest baking or boiling the potatoes PRIOR to cooking these in a pan.

Mom's Baked Macaroni and Cheese

This is pretty dang good. The only thing I changed just a tiny bit, as per other reviews, i added a few tablespoons of sour cream, and half a cup more milk. I also used sharp cheddar, and I also had American cheese cubes, I chopped those up and placed those on top. I liked it a lot. I think it needed a little more zip, next time I will put garlic in it. Thanks for the good base recipe!

Egg in a Hole

Aww, this brings back memories. My friend Brittany and I used to make these all the time as children. It was easy and it was so exciting to us because it was egg in a bread. ha.

Cincinnati Chili I

I grew up on this stuff. Cincinnati has some of the best foods ever. I have yet to find any places in NJ or NYC that come close to my hometown faves. Good stuff. Not entirely skyline but.. close.

Peanut Butter Bars I

OH. MY. GOD!!!!!!!!!! THESE ARE THE BEST THINGS EVER!! They are so easy and I even used reduced fat peanut butter.. and its fabulous. I'm in utter shock of how good these are. I highly recommend them.

This was absolutely fab! I cut the portions down to "three servings" and I was in love with it. At first I was iffy because of how watery it looked. One thing that I did change is instead of frying bacon and using bacon grease, I simply browned some real bacon bits, and used 2 tbs of olive oil as a substitution. And instead of the recommended parmesan cheese I used close to half a cup. It made the sauce more solid and gave it a wonderful taste. Over all.. great and easy!!!
