Banana Sour Cream Bread

This has to be "the best" banana bread recipe that I have ever come across and I've made a lot of banana bread over the years. So moist it melts in your mouth. Big hit with family and friends over the holidays. I haven't had any problems with this recipe at all and have made it a couple of times already. Making some again today. :)

Chicken and Biscuit Casserole

Reminded me of the chicken pot pie my mom use to make. I drained a can of corn and green beans and added it to the recipe. Family loved it!

Soft Chocolate Cookies

Made one batch and then turned around and made a second batch right away. They turned out great. I didn't refrigerate the cookie dough...they turned out great any how. My family just loves these cookies. Thanks for sharing your recipe, Beth! : )

Butternut Squash Soup

This soup is easy and delicious. I've fixed it twice now and both times a big hit. The first time we went by the recipe and it was a little too rich for us so the second time I baked the squash in the oven for 45 min at 350 degrees, used chicken broth instead of the water and boullion cubes and used only 1 pkg of cream cheese . I have passed this recipe on to numerous people who enjoyed it just as much as we did! Thanks!

Rhubarb Bread II

Too much batter for one pan...turned out doughy. Tried making it a second time...added 1tsp baking soda to the recipe and used two 8x4 greased baking pans...turned out fine the second time around.

Banana Split Bread

Easy to make...have to agree with some of the other reviews that the chocolate dominated the bread. Will use half the recommended chocolate and use pineapple chunks instead of crushed next time. Great served warm with a little vanilla ice cream.

Cream of Asparagus Soup II

So Good and Easy. I was pressed for time so I melted the butter, added the flour and stirred until creamy, added the chicken broth, and 3/4c milk instead of half and half, added the asparagus, put salt and pepper. turned the heat down to low and let it simmer for 20 minutes and Viola!!!! Mmmmmm Mmmmmmmm Good!! : )
