Butter Chickpea Curry

Delicious. I didn't have tomato soup or onion, so I left these out but it still tasted great. A little cayenne pepper made it even tastier!

Brazilian Chicken with Coconut Milk

Tzatziki Sauce

I use 1-2 cloves of garlic (3 cloves is a bit too strong after it sits overnight). I also shred the unpeeled cucumbers to give the sauce more texture (rather than pureeing them with the other ingredients).

Excellent and Healthy Cornbread

Great texture and consistency. A little on the dry side, but this is fixed by serving it with honey or apple butter. I used kefir instead of yogurt.

Buttermilk Pancakes II

Easy Granola Bars

Great flavor and very easy to make (delicious with walnuts and cranberries), but too sweet for my taste. Also the bars crumbled to pieces. If I make them again I think I'll make them much thinner so they bake all the way through and maybe then they'll stick together better.

Mall Pretzels

I tried immersing half of the pretzels in hot water as suggested in the recipe. The other half I immersed in 4 cups of boiling water with 4 Tbsp. baking soda until they floated to the top, as suggested in some of the reviews. The pretzels that were in the boiling water turned out much chewier. The pretzels that were only immersed in hot water had a texture like ordinary bread.
