Cindy's Jambalaya

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2012
Cindy, thanks for sharing this recipe. It was supremely easy and just delicious. I followed the recipe, but I did not use shrimp. I added cubed chicken breast along with the sausage. I couldn't wait to have leftovers for lunch today, so I had it for breakfast instead. lol

Cream Cheese Filled Pumpkin Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2012
These were no good.... for my waistline! So delicious. I had two and was contemplating a third. I left off the sunflower seeds, but the flavor is just incredible. I also sweetened the cream cheese with a bit of confectioners sugar and a splash of vanilla. Awesome. Thanks for sharing your recipe witchywoman.

The Best Oatmeal Cookie Ever

fantastic cookies! I followed the recipe exactly and these were soft and chewy- exactly the way we like them. Next time I will add raisins, but they really need nothing extra. Thanks for this recipe.

Banana and Vanilla Cupcakes with Buttercream Frosting

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2012
These were very good cupcakes. They were nice and light- not heavy like banana bread. I added some mini chocolate chips to the batter and mixed some banana puree into the frosting then topped with a chocolate dipped banana chip. Everyone really enjoyed them.

Lemon Coconut Loaf

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2012
This loaf was just amazing!! I did use lime juice rather than lemon- 6 tsp. and I subbed buttermilk for the milk. It took 50 minutes in my oven. The bread was so moist and tender crumbed. I got nothing but compliments all day. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

Irresistible Irish Soda Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2012
Made a delicious, moist bread. I don't know if it is true Irish soda bread, as every one I have ever had has been dry and not very flavorful. This was so good and sliced beautifully. Thank you for this recipe.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2012
Awesome Recipe!! My family thoroughly enjoyed these and are already asking me to make them again. I made my own ranch dressing from another recipe on this site and used dry rosemary, as I had none fresh. The chicken was so moist and tender and the flavor was just wonderful. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

These were very good. Made them for dinner tonight and the family gobbled them up. I did use flour tortillas rather than corn (just my preference). Will definitely use this recipe again. Thank you.
