So good! I used all light/sugar free ingredients and none of my guests could even tell, they all loved this dessert and ate every last bit!

Scrumptious Strawberry Shortcake

Amazing! I followed the advice of others and left out the cream of tartar. Also, I was out of regular butter so I used light stick butter instead. These turned out wonderful! A definite keeper!

Slow Cooker Taco Soup

This was great! Only change I made was adding about 1 cup of brown rice the last hour of cooking to thicken the soup and add a little more substance. A definite keeper!

Zucchini Muffins

Very good! I used half whole wheat flour and half regular fould, 1/2 cup sugar/splenda mix in place of the honey, and 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce and 1 Tablespoon oil (to lighten the fat even more).

Amazing! This was fantastic! I followed the advice of several others and used ricotta cheese instead of the cottage cheese and added a little extra sauce. SO GOOD! This will be made again, and soon!

World's Best Lasagna

Fantastic! Makes a ton! I used a ginormous rectangular casserole dish (more like 1 and a half 13x9 dishes and it just fit.) I will also be remaking this with just the meat sauce for other dishes or to freeze for later!

Excellent recipe! These were just the right consistency and texture. I added about a teaspoon of cinnamon to the butter/flour mixture to add a little extra flavor. A definite keeper!

Slow Cooker Cocktail Smokies

Made these for the superbowl, every last one was devoured. They were delicious and so simple too! I've also used a mix of smoked sausage links and cut up beef hot dogs with equal success. Yum!

Absolutely delicious! I made this recipe for the superbowl and it was a huge success! Everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. Definitely a keeper. Note: I used light Italian dressing to reduce the fat content and it was just as good!

Swiss Chicken Casserole I

This was awesome! I used 1/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup white wine for extra flavor and I also prepared the stuffing mix in advance, following package instructions and then topped the casserole with it. So easy and so yummy! I'll definitely be remaking this one!

Meatloaf Muffins

These were great! Super easy to make, with ingredients I just about always have on hand. To healthify a bit I omitted the salt (since the soup is already so high in sodium) substituted egg beaters, upped the onion to 1 whole, and reduced the bread crumbs to 3/4 cup. Also added some italian seasoning and garlic powder. A big hit with my husband, this recipe will definitely be made again!
