I am giving it 4 stars because well I had to add somethings and follow what others had done. This is what I did I added seasoning to my chicken breasts( garlic, oinion powder, salt, pepper and dean and delucas poultry seasoning) Then I added 2 cans low fat low sodium cream of chicken soup and 1 can low sodium chicken broth. After awhile I noticed there was not enough liquid so I had to add 2.5 cups chicken stock. I them added 1 can( 2 would way to much) low fat philsberry buttermilk biscuits. I took each biscuit and flattened it then tore little pieces off and cooked on high for 3 hours. I think for the most part it came out good. My hubby enjoyed it. I am a northern girl married to a southern guy and mu hubby said for my first making chicken and dumplings I did good:) Now the leftovers well lets just say it does not get better over time:( If you have leftovers just throw it away cuz it doesn't do well w/ reheating. I will make this again so it's a keeper.
