OMG! This is absolutely amazing! I followed the recipe (except reduced salt by 1/2 tsp) and it turned out delicious! I also marinated onions, peppers (red, green & yellow), sections of asparagus, mushrooms, and baby red potatoes with the chicken, and then made the kabobs. My grill was running out of gas, so it took about 30 to cook (so it was really low heat), but I would be tempted to slow cook them again. Loved the baby red potatoes with it. Made up some white rice by using chicken broth instead of water, and then set the kabobs on the rice right off the grill, to season the rice. I also had put the remainder of the marinade on some foil on the grill just to cook it, and then poured that over the kabobs and rice. Holy smokes. :) So good! Packed with flavor and tenderness. Better than anything you can get in a restaurant. THIS IS PROBABLY MY FAVORITE MEAL NOW! FABULOUS!!!
