This recipe by itself was rather bland. The potatoes looked and smelled great, but tasted so-so. I simmered with chicken broth instead of water, added some Italian seasoning, a shake of garlic powder, and some Artisan Blend shredded cheese.

Barbeque Chicken

As said many times over, great tasting sauce but very runny. I thickened it with cornstarch before pouring over the chicken, but end result was still runny. I will prob save this recipe for the sauce and use it the next time I decide to grill some chicken.

No-Fuss Cinnamon Cheesecake

I didn't think that this recipe was all that special. Possibly it was something I did, but I followed the recipe exactly. It tasted good, but I don't think this is something that I would make again.

Mushroom Almond Chicken

This recipe was nice! A good alteration or two and I would have given it 5 stars, but I agree with the other reviewer that the basil is very overpowering, and I think next time, I will simply omit it. Other than that, great recipe!

Garlic Red Potatoes

The recipe, just by itself, was a little bland. I added simple lemon pepper, and although a juiced lemon is in the recipe, this did not create an overpowering lemon taste. It was great addition actually.

Chicken with Mushrooms, Prosciutto, and Cream Sauce

Very tasty! I used light butter and fat free sour cream, just to make it a tad lighter, but it was still great! We didn't have mushrooms on hand, so I just omitted them, but next time I will make it a point to go to the store and get some! Very simple and very elegant.

Pear and Prosciutto Pizza

I made this for an office party, and I was very nervous about pear on a pizza. I am new to cooking, and pears with prosciutto seemed beyond strange to me, but I figured I would try it to impress my new coworkers. I made one pizza as a tester, and it didn't last 20 minutes, between me, my boyfriend and his friend. It was excellent! I made two more pizzas to take to work, and everyone could not get enough! I even had to print out this recipe to give to a couple of women who were begging for it.

Snow Peas with Water Chestnuts

This was very simple, and actually pretty elegant for something you can whip up in less than 20 min. I omitted the mint, because it just didn't suit my taste buds tonight, and I added almonds and oregano for a little something extra.

Fabulous Zucchini Grinders

So fabulous and simple! I could eat these practically every day of the week. My boyfriend isn't into vegetables, and is firm in his belief that a veggie could never replace meat, but after trying these, his mouth is shut on that subject!

Chicken Satay

Such a great recipe! I made this over at my parents' house and my dad was a huge fan! My mom is not big on neither peanut butter nor curry, so she wouldn't even attempt to try it. I couldn't taste either one distinctly, but whatever! This chicken was amazing, as well as amazingly simple!

Cinna-spin Cookies

LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE. They are so simple to make, and so delicious. I made these for an office party and got tons of great feedback. My coworkers had the audacity to say that they were from a bakery! I didn't let them know that they were made from pre-made cookie mix though! ;-)

Crispy Barbequed Tofu Slices

Absolutely delicious! I am new to cooking and especially new to Tofu, so I was disappointed the few times I made tofu before this recipe and it came out soggy and flavorless. Even my boyfriend, who is not a fan of healthy food, let alone tofu, loved this!
