About this Cook
I am Japanese, and I love making Japanese recipes. I adore making desserts and Baking. Recently, I have become very interested in making obento, which are japanese lunch boxes. THese are not your average PB&J sandwich. THey are real food minisized and organized in a little box, very kawaii! or cute in Japanese! YOu can put anything in an obento you want to, from the traditional miso soup and rice to turky, mashed potatoe and gravy! i will post some photos of amazing obentos for you all to enjoy!

Miniature Chocolate Eclairs
Yummy yum YUM. These were delish! Like a true French delicacy! I am making these for a French party, so yesterday i decided to test these out. I went to the local grocery store, Seiyu, to buy ingredient. I saw some ready made eclairs and decided to try them out to, to see what they should taste like. I go home and make eclair, mine were kind of ugly when i put them on the sheet, i thought they might expand like a cookie they don't. These were just for me and my family tho so it was fine. Right out of the oven, they wern't that tasty, but i refrigerated them overnight and BOY were they crazy good in the morning! MUCH better than store bought. I follow recipe exactly, except for vanilla pudding instead of chocolate!

Playgroup Granola Bars
Mine could have used a little less vegetable oil, after they cooled, they had an oily taste. I put them in an airtight container overnight and still they got slightly hard. THis is a great recipe and i will try different variations soon!

Lighter Banana Muffins
At first when i saw this recipe, i was thinking "hmmm.... can a banana muffin with no butter, oil, or apple sauce be all that good?". When I took a bite out of one of these, I knew the answer was "Yes, and better". These are so yummy, and feel good to eat to!
