Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
We could not stop reaching for the cookie jar. That's how good these are. I used all butter though since that's all I had at the time.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
These are so good, my husband and I have them for breakfast almost every Saturday. Light and fluffy!!

Sloppy Joes II
My husband loved this! I took someone's advise and added a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce and two tsp of vinegar and when it started to get a bit dry I poured in a little chicken broth to 'wet' it. Delish!!!
