MMMM! I made several batches of these bars to give away during the holidays. A big hit. These are very rich so, I could only stomach 3 at one time. Hehehe! Very crumbly but the crumbs make a nice ice cream topping. Next time I make these, I'll substitute the butterscotch chips for peanut butter chips or something else (I'm not a big butterscotch fan although the cookies were fine).

Slow Cooker Pizza

Just like a pizza but without the crust! I didn't layer the ingredients and it turned out fine. This is a recipe that you can "customize" to fit your own palette. I added some red onion and used cute bowtie pasta instead of the rigatoni. I pre-cooked the pasta for half of the suggested time before adding it to the pot to eliminate soggy noodles.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

This was my first slow cooker attempt - and now I'm happy I bought the cooker! This recipe was easy to make, delicious to eat, and was loved by my entire family. I added baby carrots, 1/2 cup of red wine, and onion soup mix rather than the Italian mix 'cause that's what I had. I used 4 whole breasts rather than cubbing it first. In the final 30 minutes, I added 1/2 cup of sour cream along with the stated ingredients. Yum!
