Roasted Swiss Chard with Feta

Absolutely wonderful! This is the first time I have ever made swiss chard, and it was a total hit with both my fiancé and I. You don't need to grease the baking sheet, as the olive oil used to coat the chard is more than enough to keep it from sticking. I didn't have any feta cheese on hand, so I grated some cheddar cheese over it instead, and it was totally amazing. Next time I'll have to try the feta!

4H Banana Bread

Amazing banana bread recipe! I made a few changes, however. I took the advice of MommyFromSeattle when it came to the addition of cinnamon and vanilla, as well as switching the white sugar for brown. I didn't have any buttermilk on hand or I would have tried that as well, but as it is this bread came out wonderfully! I didn't have any nuts around, but I threw in some flax seed. It's amazing if eaten while still warm and drizzled with honey.
