I'm a stay at home mom to two kids, and the two of them as well as my hubby are not very adventurous eaters-It's a shame because I LOVE to try new recipies, and experimenting with food! Luckily I have friends who love and appreciate my cooking.

Irish Cream Truffle Fudge
HUGE hit at Book Club last night. Did not add the nuts since I wanted it to be really smooth like a truffle and it was perfect!

Pistachio Bundt Cake
Fantastic! Followed the recipe except I used a vanilla (white) cake mix...it was what I had, and it was cooked in about 45 minutes and I used a large round cake pan instead of a bundt. I used about 1/2 can of chocolate frosting (I put it in the microwave and poured it over gently) then smashed some shelled pistachios and decorated the top with it, and served it with Ben and Jerry's Pistachio Ice Cream for my moms Birthday.....yummy!!

Cornucopia
I have this recipe from a magazine that has to be 13 or 14 years old, before my son was born. I have made it every year since and it has become an annual tradition that my kids talk about all year. I laughed at the reviews where they ate the cornucopia over the weekend or sometime later, my kids beg for me to take the picture so they can break into the bread! They eat all the yummy fruits and veggies I put in it too-I'll post this years pic after I make it tomorrow.
