Crab Rangoon
I love this recipe. I changed it a little for my taste but it was great. I used a 1/4t of garlic powder b/c I didn't feel like chopping garlic. I also added 2t of milk, 1t of parsley, and a 1/4t of sugar. The sugar is important. It adds that sweetness you find in restaurant rangoons.

Wonton Wrappers
If I ever need a workout I will use this recipe again. The dough was fine but it was impossible to rollout. Like other reviewers said: you will need a pasta maker. But a great recipe. Spot on.

Cramer Family Stuffed Crawfish Bread
This is a now good. The shell of the recipe is good, but you need to add celery, bell peppers, heavy whipping cream instead of evp milk and Jack cheese. And for the love of all that is good and pure you need salt, pepper and Tony's seasoning.
