After making this one time (per kprzy 's submission) it was an instant favorite. I kept a little of the basil and some scallions on the side and sprinkled them on top for an extra crunch. Additionally when I browned the tofu I included shallots, garlic and red pepper flakes just because hotter is always better. great recipe- thanks kprzy.
