Chicken Tetrazzini IV
The only modification I made was to increase the sherry to 3 Tbs. For the chicken, I used grilled chicken breasts seasoned with garlic salt, pepper, dried oregano and basil. It turned out perfectly!

Chicken Tikka Masala
This is an awesome recipe! It has the perfect blend of spices. The only thing I would change the next time I make this is to cut down the salt to 2 tsp. in the marinade. As a side I made the Indian style rice with cashews, raisins (also on this site) and it was a perfect meal.
