Banana Cream Pie I
I pretty much followed this recipe as written...I only used 1/2 cup of sugar and I did not bake the pie and it turned out Great. As a previous reviewer suggested, you may want to read up on how to beat egg yolks (appx 5 min) and you want to make sure to fully cook and constantly stir the FLOUR mixture. This was my first cream pie and I am glad I chose this recipe!

Cayenne Pretzels
what a great way to spice up regular pretzels! I adjusted the recipe to accomodate a 15 oz bag of pretzels and the only change I made was using garlic powder instead of garlic salt as the pretzels are salty enough for my taste. Also, although I reduced most of the seasonings, i did use an entire packet of ranch powder. Awesome!

Caldo de Res (Mexican Beef Soup)
It is best to have a soup base for this soup, as it gives the soup more flavor. Please note, Caldo de Res Actually translates to "beef soup." This soup is a staple through All of latin america.
