Red Velvet Cupcakes
I gave it 5 stars because of the way I tweaked the recipe. I use 1 1/4 cups sour cream. I use buttermilk instead of regular milk and use 3/4 cups buttermilk, I add 2 ounces red food coloring. I bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes. I rather bake them at a lower temperature so they don't dry out. *Important thing is to not over bake them. With these changes they are delicious! I bake for my Sister's restaurant and her customers said, they have never had a better Red Velvet Cupcake!

Banana Cream Pie I
Delicious! I took the advice of others that reviewed this recipe and used 3 tablespoons of corn starch. It came out the perfect consistency not runny at all. I also cut back the sugar to 1/2 cup and for me it is perfect. I did not bake the pie. Like others I used a vanilla wafer crust and topped it with whipped cream. When I was done this pie was truly amazing! Thanks for the recipe :o)

Basic Corn Muffins
First time making corn muffins & I am very pleased. The only change I made was I used buttermilk in place of regular milk. I love that the recipe calls for enough cornmeal, I love the pieces of cornmeal. I may add a tiny bit more sugar next time, but so yummy as is. I toasted it this morning & put a little butter & jelly on it, it was perfect. Thanks for the recipe!
