Love it. I let my cake cool for 20 minutes and then placed it on the the damp towel. I then let it cool rolled up for 15. Then frosted and threw in the freezer after wrapping in foil.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2010
Dough will be a bit sticky so I used a fair portion of flour to help roll it out. I put the butter on the dough and then sprinkled the sugar cinnamon on and there was no leaking filling after baking. Great recipe.

I did not have chutney but I used some of the remainder of the "Fruit Salsa" I had made up from another recipe with high marks (was a top 20) on this site. Great great great flavor! Turned out perfect, tender, delicious and I dont even like roast.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

it needs more flavor. I think I will add bacon and a bay leaf or two next time I make it. Great natural flavors and the veggies were very good cooked till just tender.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2010
The raspberries at the store were sad so I added dried cranberries instead. I used the Pampered Chef food chopper to make the chopping easy. I used the pizza cutter to cut up the tortillas. I only used 8 and had plenty of chips left over. Great recipe for healthy food.

I used whole wheat noodles and because of the richness in flavor of the sauce I could not even tell the change. Great recipe.

Shepherd's Pie VI

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2009
I used the gravy mix as suggested instead of the beef broth and also added the worcestershire sauce to the beef to add flavor. I used 15-20 baby peeled carrots steamed them, did not mash and laid them over the meat mixture. My first shepherd's pie. Very good.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2009
Great cookie recipe. I added the cream of tartar to get the cracking. I also removed the water and increased the vanilla. I added the baking soda to the vanilla to dissolve it, the cookies came out great. I do not like thick cookies so I flattened these cookies out before baking them with a very nice result. Crispy on the outside chewy middles. Very good recipe. Thanks for sharing.
