We really like this, I make it at least every other week (: I add a can of tomato paste, and some minced garlic (I tend to add garlic to everything)! The tomato paste really helps to thicken the sauce just enough,

Pad Kee Mao

I made this tonight for dinner, very very good!! I used chicken breast cut into strips instead of pork because I had to use them tonight. I went a couple different places and finally found the thick soy sauce. My hubby really liked this and asked for me to make this weekend for his parents. Thank you Deb for this wonderful recipe!!

Brazilian White Rice

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

I made this last night and it was so good..I followed the recipe exactly, used 98% fat free cream chick soup and fat free cream cheese and served over the Brazlian Rice from AR. There wasn't any left, will add this to my regular rotation!

Caribbean Zucchini Bread

OMGosh this is fantastic!! The only changes I made was I used 1/2 c Splenda brown & white sugar and used pecans. I love the coconut in it, the texture is wonderful. Thank you so much Tahoegirl for sharing this amazing recipe with us (wish I could give it more than 5 stars)!

Grandpa's Tomato Gravy

This is terrific! I made it tonight along with meatloaf, rice, and biscuits and it was wonderful with all of them. I asked my hubby how he would rate it and he said 10 stars (: Thank you so much for sharing this recipe with us Bud, I will definitely be making this again and again!!

Sweet As Kisses Pie

This was a nice easy pie that was so good on a very hot day! I used FF cream cheese, the cherry pie filling sweetened with splenda, and SF whipped topping. I made my own crust, which is something I seldom do lol. My husband really enjoyed this pie and has already requested it again. I think next time I will do like other reviewers have done and make it in muffin pans and experiment with different crusts and pie fillings. I absolutely love a recipe like this that you can experiment with in all kinds of ways :)

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

I made these for my Neice's Bday/4th of July cookout and they lasted maybe 30 mins. OMGosh they were so yummy! I used store bought cookie dough, a white cake mix, and the Butter Cream II Frosting from this site. Everyone loved them and wanted the recipe. Fried Mac and Cheese Balls

I was also a little worried about the middle still being slighty frozen, but they came out very well. I followed the recipe to the letter (I fried mine for 5 mins). My husband loves pimento and loved these. I thought they were really good and can't wait to play with the recipe a little using different types of cheese and even try to bake them.

Lemon Streusel Muffins

These muffins were very good! The only thing I altered was I used splenda in place of both sugars. They came out very moist and fluffy. I agree with other reviewers the next time I make them I will add a touch of butter to the steusel topping. I definitely recommend these they are a wonderful lemon-y muffin!

Jalapeno Chicken II

We loved this recipe. I made it pretty much by the recipe, the only thing I did different was I used string cheese (I was out of cream cheese) and it was fantastic! I cooked it in the oven at 350 for 30 mins and at 400 for 10 mins and it was perfectly done.

Very good frosting! Even my husband the diabetic sugar addict loved it! I used the big box of Sugar-Free Vanilla Pudding, 1 C milk, reduced fat cream cheese and sugar free whip topping.

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

This cake is absolutely wonderful. I have made it by the exact recipe and then for Valentine's Day I made it into cupcakes and used the Sugar-Free Frosting recipe from this site since my husband is Diabetic. He loved them!
