Oatmeal Chip Cookie Mix
This recipe is great! I hesitated to make it, since it only had 2 reviews- but I'm glad I took the chance! I made it just as written, only omitting the slivered almonds. When mixed, the dough is really dry (as stated), but don't worry the cookies still turn out great! I love that they're slightly crispy and chewy at the same time. Great recipe!

Low Fat Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
Delicious!! I made this with 1 cup of buttermilk, and 1/2 tsp of salt (as recommended in the comments), and this is perfect. I imagine it'll only get better after sitting in the fridge for a bit, but even just-made, it's great!

Baked Ziti I
Delicious!! My husband dislikes ricotta cheese, so this recipe is a wonderful substitute for traditional lasagna. I loved the creamy taste of it. Easy to prepare, too. Definitely a keeper!
