These are my new obsession. I ate them with chicken salad and then with beef stew. I do have a non-stick waffle iron and it does need lightly greased when I make these, so follow the directions that say lightly grease. I made the whole batch and froze the waffles. Just as yummy after thawing and putting in the toaster.

Brunch Egg Bake

Danish Meatballs with Dill Sauce

This is different from what I usually make and I like it. I used only lean beef as that is what I had on hand. I did use more dill as I do like it too. I ate it on noodles but this would be great as an appy as MPFEIFFER states.

Triple Berry Chicken Salad

This is a truly wonderful chicken salad. I was looking for chicken salad to serve on cracker and by cutting back on the dressing, it will work very well for that. Thanks larkspur - you are going to make me look like a genius at my church circle!

Diane's Chicken Dish

Well, this is wonderful stuff. I did mix up my own herbs combined with oil and vinegar as I wanted to see if it worked with less salt and sugar and it does work just fine. This recipe is my new favorite as a "go to" as I usually have rice cooked and in the freezer.

Pittsburgh Steeler Super Bowl® Sampler

Easy Pleasy Mac N Cheesy - US Navy Style

I love this. I have wanted a very creamy mac and cheese and now I have found it. I did use Ritz crackers and increased the crumbs to 3/4 cup with 3 T butter, but otherwise made as written. Thank you so much Muffin Mom!

Heirloom Tomato Salad with Rosemary

You had me at "tomato" and "rosemary". I made this as written and will make often as it is easy to prepare. I may cut back on the oil next time to make it lower still in fat than it already is. Thank you for this!
