About this Cook
I am a proud Mother and Wife. I moved out to Germany almost a year ago, and am looking to learn new things to cook. We always had the same things over and over growing up, and now sense I have my own family I want to have more of a variety of things to cook.
My favorite things to cook
Chicken! lol

Manicotti Italian Casserole
I think this was delicious!(which is saying alot, being that I'm pregnant and this baby seems to be very picky!) And my boys loved it too! I pretty much followed the directions exactly. Only thing different was that I mixed in half the cheese in the pasta, and the other half on top. I will say though, that I had to use my biggest casserole dish (4.8QT) and it was filled to the brim! Enough for left overs for possibly 2 nights. I might have baked it a little longer though to fully melt the cheese inside the dish though, but with a brute of hungry males in the house it did the job.

Smooth Sweet Tea
This tea is excellent! I used 1 Cup sugar. I love sweet tea, and thought I'd start making my own instead of always buying it. My Husband was a little skeptical at first until he tasted it. He thinks it could use some more sugar, but I think next time I might stick to 3/4Cup or just a tad bit more.

Chicken a la Camille
I loved this! So good, I JUST got done eating it for dinner. I sprinkled on the Italian seasoning, I also used Garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, and seasoning salt. I basted on the BBQ sauce when it was time. I used Honey Hickory BBQ sauce. My husband and my 1 1/2yr old son also devoured it.
